Yes. Despite the current situation, you can still book and move into apartments.

Good to know

A serviced apartment offers you a fully furnished home from home that promises a high degree of comfort with various services – some for a fee – including a concierge, regular apartment cleaning, and a parcel collection point.

You can currently check into a studiomuc apartment in Frankfurt am Main, Munich and Augsburg. All of the studiomuc apartment buildings share an ideal central location and outstanding transport links. This allows you to reach your destination quickly – whether for work or leisure – and then return back home again straight away.

Before your stay

Quickly and easily! You can submit a booking enquiry for your preferred apartment directly via the homepage. You will then receive a prompt response from us by e-mail/telephone and can complete your booking.

Yes, you need to pay a deposit of 1.000 EUR.

The minimum tenancy is one month.

The maximum tenancy is six months.

You can conveniently pay for your apartment via direct debit or by credit card.

You will not be charged any cancellation fees up to 30 days before your planned arrival. You can find all further policies and fees in our General Terms and Conditions.

Out of consideration for non-smokers, smoking is not permitted in the private apartments or in the communal areas. Smoking is permitted on private balconies, loggias and roof terraces, the communal rooftop lounge and in the gardens.

In addition to your studiomuc apartment, you can also rent a car parking space in the building’s own underground car park. You are welcome to get in touch with us about this.

Pets are generally permitted at studiomuc by prior arrangement. As a result, we ask that you let us know about this during your booking process and tell us what kind of pet you have.

The health of our guests takes top priority for us. For reasons of hygiene, our serviced apartments are not equipped with these things as standard. Cooking utensils, crockery and bed linen can, however, be purchased inexpensively from our partner Contora Concierge Service as hygienic new items. You are welcome to get in touch with us about this.

During your stay

If you want to extend your stay at studiomuc, we are always flexible. All you need to do is let us know your desired departure date – very simply and informally by speaking to our Sales team at the counter, by phone or by e-mail. You will then hear back from us straight away.

Your serviced apartment is cleaned every 14 days as standard and this is already included in the rent. If you would like your apartment to be cleaned at a different interval, this is possible at any time for a fee. Simply speak to our Sales personnel or the concierge.

Yes and no. You are only allowed to use your studiomuc apartment as per the contractual agreement. This also includes the person or people for whom the apartment is intended and who are listed in the contract. The prior written consent of our studiomuc team is required for visitors to stay overnight. In the event of non-compliance, we are entitled to charge you a flat-rate surcharge and terminate the lease without notice.

First – there’s no need to worry. If you have lost your key card, simply contact our concierge, who will quickly provide you with a new card free of charge. In the meantime, you will be given immediate access to your studiomuc apartment via an internal app installed on your mobile phone.

After your stay

You will receive your invoice by e-mail after checking out. If your stay lasts several months, you can also request a separate invoice from us at the end of each month.

As a rule, yes. However, due to limited storage capacities, we might not be able to store your luggage at the specific time and for the desired duration. To be on the safe side, it’s best to talk to our Sales team or concierge in advance where necessary.

If you should find that you’ve left something with us, please let us know as soon as possible. Contact our concierge or the studiomuc Property Management team directly via phone or by e-mail. We’ll then be happy to send your property back to you once you pay for the postage.
